Summary: The Oracle P2P Consultant role involves leading process harmonization across the UK, France, and Germany as part of a European finance transformation initiative. The consultant will focus on aligning Purchase-to-Pay processes, identifying gaps, and integrating Oracle and Coupa solutions while managing stakeholder engagement and project leadership. This position requires a strong background in finance transformation and multi-country experience. The role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process harmonization across multiple countries in a finance transformation initiative.
• Drive process alignment in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) by identifying gaps and mapping processes.
• Work closely with key finance stakeholders to implement process changes and improvements.
• Manage timelines and deliverables effectively as a project leader in process workstreams.
• Facilitate the transition from a Uni Ledger to a Dual Ledger system.
• Integrate Oracle and Coupa solutions within the finance processes.
