o Recent referenceable experience of working with Oracle iProcurement and ECC for Procurement (most people we see have moved over to Oracle Fusion which is not the same and so EBS, iProcurement and ECC for Procurement need to really 'jump off the page')
o Ability to identify opportunities and make changes to existing configuration to enhance user experience - there is an existing system set up operating that the client wants to improve upon rather than starting afresh
o Ability to work independently and to effect changes - looking for a doer and not someone that focuses on strategy, architecture, or planning
o CVs need to make clear that the individual is all about 'rolling up their sleeves' and getting on with it in terms of identifying and applying necessary config changes.
