Summary: The Oracle HR Programme Director will lead the implementation of the Oracle HR platform for a leading eCommerce client, collaborating closely with the Oracle HR Finance Programme Director. This role involves managing all HR workstreams, ensuring integration with Finance, and addressing cross-programme dependencies in a complex cross-border context. The position requires strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and effective stakeholder management, along with fluent French language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle HR platform.
  • Drive delivery across all HR workstreams, including design, configuration, testing, change management, and go-live.
  • Ensure seamless integration between HR and Finance workstreams.

Detailed Description From Employer:

Leading eCommerce client now requires an experienced Oracle HR Programme Director to lead the end-to-end implementation of their Oracle HR platform. Working in close partnership with the Oracle HR Finance Programme Director, you will drive delivery across all HR workstreams — from design and configuration through to testing, change management, and go-live. You will ensure seamless integration between HR and Finance workstreams, sharing governance rhythms and resolving cross-programme dependencies. This will also be a complex cross-border implementation.

This role is an initial 6-month contract role which provides a daily rate of up to £850 (Outside IR35). In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 2 days per week in our clients London office and frequent travel to their European offices.
