Oracle HCM UK Payroll Tester

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM UK Payroll Tester to join our client team, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (UK) testing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in this area and effective communication skills. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and functionality of payroll processes within the Oracle HCM system. The position can be either contract or permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• 4-8 years overall testing experience with at least 2-3 years in Oracle HCM UK Payroll testing.
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (UK) testing.
• Good understanding of UK Payroll processes, including PAYE, National Insurance (NI), pensions, statutory payments, and year-end processing.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Ability to create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and defect management activities.

Key Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (UK)
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
