Summary: Whitebridge is seeking a Test Lead for an Oracle HCM Programme, requiring extensive experience in leading technical integration test phases for enterprise-scale technology transformation projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical integration test phases for Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Understand HR and Payroll business processes and their system interactions.
  • Write structured test plans and manage testing across multiple workstreams.
  • Utilize test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
  • Manage test teams within complex project environments.
  • Engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively in multi-vendor environments.
  • Provide programme level test reporting.

Whitebridge is looking for a Test Lead to join an Oracle HCM Programme for our client.

Essential experience required:

  • Extensive experience in leading technical integration test phases for enterprise-scale technology transformation projects, critically involving Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and how they interact across systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to write structured test plans, manage testing across multiple workstreams, and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Proficient in test management tools (eg, JIRA, HP ALM, or similar, ideally Azure DevOps).
  • Experience managing test teams within complex project environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, particularly in multi-vendor, multi-system environments.
  • Experience in programme level test reporting

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will hybrid, with up to two days per week in the office. The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
