Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the ESR system.
- Address questions and issues raised by end users and IT personnel.
- Determine and resolve problems reported by end users and help desk.
- Prioritize issues for resolution based on user concerns.
- Establish good working relationships with clients and project teams.
- Respond to users within set service level agreements (SLA's) and operating level agreements (OLA's).
Key Skills:
- Oracle HCM experience, particularly in HR applications.
- Problem-solving, investigative, and analytical skills.
- Experience in application support teams.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and configuration.
- Knowledge of help desk systems and service request management.
