Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the ESR system.
- Address questions and issues raised by end users and IT personnel.
- Determine and resolve problems reported from end users and help desk.
- Prioritize issues for resolution based on user concerns.
- Respond to users within set service level agreements (SLA's) and operating level agreements (OLA's).
- Establish good working relationships with clients and project teams.
Key Skills:
- Oracle HCM experience, particularly in HR applications.
- Problem solving, investigative, and analytical skills.
- Experience in application support teams.
- Exposure to SQL querying and manipulation.
- Knowledge of help desk systems and managing service requests.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide sensitive answers and solutions.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
