Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Reporting Specialist to develop, maintain, and optimize reports and analytics within Oracle HCM Cloud. The role requires expertise in Oracle HCM reporting tools to deliver accurate HR data solutions. The position is hybrid and offers a contract duration of 3-6 months. The role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and analytics within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Utilize Oracle HCM reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Analyze and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Extract and report data using SQL.
• Provide accurate and insightful HR data solutions.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts).
• Understanding of HCM data structures and business processes.
