Summary: The Oracle HCM Reporting Specialist role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports and analytics within Oracle HCM Cloud. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and analytics within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Utilize Oracle HCM reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Analyze and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
• Extract and report data using SQL.
• Provide accurate and insightful HR data solutions.

Key Skills:
