Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll processes, including payroll setup, earnings, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for payroll implementations and enhancements.
  • Configure payroll elements, formulas, balances, and workflows based on business needs.
  • Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure successful payroll integrations, reporting, and compliance.
