Summary: The Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant role involves managing the complete Oracle HCM Payroll processes, ensuring compliance and effective integration with HR and Finance teams. The position requires extensive experience in payroll implementations and enhancements, along with the ability to configure payroll elements and support various testing phases. This is a 6-month contract based in London, requiring three days of on-site work each week. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll processes, including payroll setup, earnings, deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for payroll implementations and enhancements.
- Configure payroll elements, formulas, balances, and workflows based on business needs.
- Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure successful payroll integrations, reporting, and compliance.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll.
- Expertise in payroll setup, earnings, deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills for gathering business requirements and performing fit-gap analysis.
