Job Description
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll processes and payroll setups.
- Manage payroll elements, Fast Formulas, HDL uploads, and HCM Extracts.
- Develop payroll reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Work with business users to gather requirements, test solutions, and resolve issues.
- Provide payroll support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
