Summary: The role of Oracle HCM Functional Specialist – Compensation Module involves designing, building, deploying, and optimizing Compensation & Benefits structures within Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically focusing on Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Fusion Workforce Compensation for various compensation structures.
- Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of compensation and benefits configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows related to Fusion Workforce Compensation.
- Administer the deployment of compensation programs and provide real-time guidance to users.
- Streamline data processes and deliver insights through Power BI dashboards.
- Partner with HR and other teams to translate business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Lead HRIS projects for enhancements and process automation in Compensation & Benefits.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM or HR technology.
