Summary: The Oracle HCM Functional Lead Project Manager will oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM within a large enterprise, collaborating with various stakeholders and partners throughout the project lifecycle. This role is crucial for ensuring successful delivery, managing integrations, and maintaining quality governance. The position requires extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and strong stakeholder management skills. The role is hybrid and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labour, and related modules.
- Manage migration from Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud.
- Oversee integrations, data migration, security, testing, and technical workstreams.
- Support dependent workstreams including transition, cutover, readiness, and communications.
- Produce and manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide expertise in UAT and Payroll Comparison Testing.
- Ensure quality stakeholder engagement and governance throughout the program.
Key Skills:
- Full lifecycle experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour).
- Experience migrating from eBusiness Suite to Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with modules reliant on HR data (Expenses, Procurement).
- Proven track record delivering large, complex projects in enterprise environments (e.g., FTSE 100).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Lead Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of a major Oracle Fusion HCM implementation within a large enterprise environment. This is a key role within the Corporate IT team, working closely with SI partners, business SMEs, and stakeholders throughout the build, test, and cutover phases.
