Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration Engineer / Oracle HCM Functional Consultant role involves configuring and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a focus on HR processes and system optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Security)
- Build and manage job & position structures, work relationships & legal entities, eligibility rules, workflows and approvals, and security roles
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and support HR/Payroll users
- Support post-go-live stabilization and system optimization
- Review Oracle quarterly releases and assess system impact
- Work with business stakeholders to align processes with Oracle Cloud best practices (avoid customizations)
- Support data validation and integration awareness (HCM Extracts, reporting tools)
