We do have opening for our client, Role : Oracle Cloud Core HR / Payroll Technical Architect Location : Leeds, UK Duration : 6 Month (Possible for Extend) Job Description : We're looking for an Oracle CLOUD Core HR /Payroll Technical Architect to support CLOUD Core HR / Payroll modules for UK public sector clients . You'll need expert knowledge of UK Core HR / Payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Core HR / Payroll guiding & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences. Your role As an Oracle CLOUD HCM Technical Architect, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle CLOUD HCM modules, specifically Core HR/ Payroll for the UK public sector. You'll need a deep understanding of all Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle CLOUD Core HR / Payroll in the UK public sector. You'll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, transitioning from current system and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solution. Must Have Skills: • Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle CLOUD HCM for Core HR and Payroll modules for UK • Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR, UK Payroll. • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning, Payroll batch loader. • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams • Knowledge and Support of existing solutions. • Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log Preferred • Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. • Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning. • Should have excellent problem-solving skills • Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies Personal : Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
