Summary: The role of Oracle Cloud Core HR / Payroll Technical Architect involves providing expert support for Oracle Cloud Core HR and Payroll modules specifically for UK public sector clients. The position requires extensive knowledge of UK HR and Payroll processes, along with the ability to translate complex technical solutions for diverse audiences. The architect will lead client engagements and support existing solutions while ensuring effective communication across technical and management teams. A strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle CLOUD HCM, specifically focusing on Core HR / Payroll for UK clients.
- Takes part in Data Conversion activities including defining Data Conversion Strategy etc.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
- Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sector.
- Lead the transition of ongoing system.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning.
- Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Payroll and other relevant modules.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle CLOUD HCM for Core HR and Payroll modules for UK.
- Proficient in all the Core HR, UK Payroll.
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning, Payroll batch loader.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
- Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.
- Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
