Summary: The Principal Consultant (Cloud HCM) role requires over 12 years of experience in Cloud HCM Modules, particularly in Payroll. The position involves leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, managing client relationships, and providing functional expertise in configuring HCM modules. The consultant will also coordinate with technical teams and support post-implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.).
  • Facilitate client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT.
  • Manage client expectations and relationships.
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.
  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals (e.g., RD011, DO.070).
  • Guide clients on best practices and organizational design.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for custom components and integrations.
  • Support data migration using HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and web services.
  • Develop OTBI reports and customizations using tools like Visual Builder, ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Handle quarterly updates, patching, and upgrades.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training.
