Summary: The role is for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion UK Payroll and Statutory Absence within a UK local government or public sector environment. The position requires extensive hands-on configuration experience and a deep understanding of relevant legislation and processes. The consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll and absence projects while managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle Fusion UK Payroll and Statutory Absence systems.
• Develop Fast Formula for payroll processing.
• Deliver end-to-end UK Fusion Payroll and Absence projects.
• Ensure compliance with LGPS, Statutory Absences, HMRC & RTI regulations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.

Key Skills:

• 8-10 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion UK Payroll & Statutory Absence.
• Strong hands-on configuration and legislative expertise.
• Proven Fast Formula development experience.
• Minimum 1-2 end-to-end UK Fusion Payroll & Absence project deliveries.
• Deep understanding of LGPS, Statutory Absences, HMRC & RTI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
