Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Lead role at Harvey Nash is a six-month contract focused on integrating Oracle HCM modules with various third-party applications and internal systems. The position requires significant experience in Oracle Cloud Integration and is classified as inside IR35. Candidates will work in a hybrid model between home and the client's offices in Reading. The role emphasizes leadership in the design, build, test, and deployment of integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, build, test, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
- Drive the integration of Oracle HCM modules with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Define and implement canonical data models across multiple integration flows.
- Utilize Azure Dev Ops CI/CD Pipelines and sprint boards for project management.
- Connect and synchronize Oracle Field Service with Oracle HCM modules.
- Integrate Oracle HCM Payroll with third-party applications.
- Develop custom integrations and manage exception handling and monitoring.
- Implement cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises integrations.
Key Skills:
- Oracle Cloud Integration experience.
- Implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of compartment architecture in Oracle Cloud Integration.
- Expertise in Azure Dev Ops CI/CD Pipelines.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong background in integrating Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, EBS, ERP, SCM).
- Experience in connecting Oracle HCM modules with third-party applications.
- Demonstrable experience in cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises integrations.
