Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent and Learn modules to meet business requirements.
- Lead discussions with customer teams regarding integrations, data migrations, and reports.
- Design and build security roles, including job roles and data roles.
- Enhance user experience using Redwood enablement and its tools.
- Manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Prepare status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations, and maintain RAID log.
- Communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams.
- Manage a team size of 6+ (preferred).
