Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Lead/Test Manager to oversee the testing workstream for a major Oracle Finance Transformation Programme. This hands-on role requires proven expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP testing, with responsibilities including the development of testing strategies and coordination of various teams to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate will manage all testing activities, ensuring they align with programme deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion testing workstream across the programme.
- Develop and own the Test Strategy, Test Plan and overall testing approach.
- Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End (E2E) Testing and Regression Testing.
- Coordinate testing activities across business, functional, technical and third-party supplier teams.
- Manage test schedules, defect management and reporting.
- Drive defect triage sessions and ensure issues are prioritised and resolved.
- Provide governance, reporting and regular updates to programme leadership.
- Ensure testing milestones are achieved in line with programme deadlines.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading testing on Oracle Fusion ERP implementations (essential).
- Previous experience as an Oracle Fusion Test Lead or Test Manager on Oracle Finance transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance testing processes and lifecycle.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, End-to-End and Regression Testing.
- Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and technical delivery teams.
- Strong defect management, test governance and RAID management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running within a fast-paced Oracle Cloud programme.
