Summary: The role of Test Analyst focuses on leveraging expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM to support a government client in London. The position requires designing and executing test scenarios to ensure high-quality solutions while managing testing activities. Candidates with active SC clearance are preferred due to the urgency of the role. The role encompasses both standard and custom functionality across multiple Oracle Fusion modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing test scripts, with exposure to Behaviour Driven Development.
  • Performing end-to-end functional testing across a range of Oracle ERP and HCM modules including Finance, Procurement, Projects, HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment, Learning and Talent Management.
  • Supporting the testing of PaaS extensions and integration.
  • Managing test activity and reporting through Jira with Xray (or similar).
  • Contributing to the adoption of best practice testing methods and standards.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM, ideally within government/public sector environments.
  • Strong background in functional testing, ideally supported by ISEB or ISTQB certification.
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality test deliverables.
  • Knowledge of BDD and modern testing approaches.
  • Experience of working with Jira with X-ray test management plug in (or equivalent).
  • Detail-focused, quality-driven, and collaborative in working style.

Oracle Fusion - Test Analyst - London Hybrid - SC Clearance

I am looking for an experienced Test Analyst with strong Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM knowledge to join our government client in London.

Due to the urgency and nature of the role, candidates with active SC clearance will be preferred.

The role involves designing and executing test scenarios, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and supporting both standard and custom functionality for Oracle Fusion across multiple modules.
