Summary: The Oracle Fusion Solution Architect role involves providing architectural direction and guidance for enhancements and critical changes following the implementation of Oracle Fusion. This 9-month contract position is outside IR35 and requires collaboration with business and tech teams to define target state architecture and solution design. The role is part of the Enterprise Architecture team but focuses solely on the Fusion programme. Excellent rates are offered for this hybrid working position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural direction and guidance for project enhancements and changes.
- Define target state architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion.
- Collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver solutions into production.
- Communicate with the Architecture Team, business stakeholders, Technology team, and third-party Technology provider.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of the architecture and design of Oracle Fusion.
- Knowledge of standard data models used in Oracle Fusion SaaS solutions.
- Significant expertise with Oracle Fusion across HCM and ERP.
- Knowledge of C4 modelling is useful but not essential.

Oracle Fusion Solution Architect - 9 Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Excellent Rates - End Client - Hybrid Working
Evolve ERP... Are currently working on behalf of one of our portfolio clients for the hire of an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect on a 9 month contract which will be outside IR35.
We require a solution architect to provide the architectural direction and guidance to the project delivering enhancements and critical changes, following a system implementation of Oracle Fusion in September 2025. The role will define the target state architecture and solution design and work closely with the business and tech teams to deliver this into production.
Key Experience:
- Knowledge of the architecture and design of Oracle Fusion
- Knowledge of the standard data models used in Oracle Fusion SaaS solution
- Significant expertise with Oracle Fusion across HCM and ERP
- Knowledge of C4 modelling useful but not essential
The role will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team but working solely on the Fusion programme team. As such will need to communicate with the Architecture Team, the business stakeholders, Technology team and our third party Technology provider
