Summary: Whitebridge is seeking an Oracle Fusion Reporting SME to support a transformation programme for a client. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and experience in developing and testing various reports. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement, with some office presence required. Immediate availability is preferred for this umbrella-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test Fusion HCM Reports, including OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher reports.
  • Create custom formulas, sophisticated reports, and dashboards within OTBI.
  • Perform SQL query performance tuning.
  • Schedule report jobs and burst BIP reports to end users.
  • Manage stakeholder communications across various levels.
  • Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Apply knowledge of Information Security management frameworks.
  • Participate in waterfall projects.

Key Skills:

  • Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Experience with OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher, data models, datasets, and RTF templates.
  • Ability to build interactive reports.
  • Excellent SQL query performance tuning skills.
  • Experience in project environments, preferably with larger companies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Information Security management frameworks.
  • Experience in waterfall project methodologies.

Salary (Rate): £600 per day

Whitebridge is looking for an Oracle Fusion Reporting SME to join an ongoing transformation programme for our client.

Essential experience required:

  • Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Experience in developing and testing Fusion HCM Reports, including OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher reports, data models, Datasets and RTF templates and crafting interactive reports.
  • Ability to build custom formulas, sophisticated reports, and dashboards within OTBI.
  • Excellent ability to do SQL query performance tuning.
  • Experience with scheduling report jobs and bursting BIP reports to end users.
  • A background in working in projects, preferably with larger companies (eg FTSE 100)
  • Ability to demonstrate stakeholder management at most levels, including management, Information Technology colleagues and business representatives.
  • Explaining to and communicating with non-technical audiences.
  • You will have awareness of common Information Security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, Information Security Forum and NIST.
  • Waterfall projects experience

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will hybrid, with up to two days per week in the nearest office (Reading, Havant or Perth) The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
