Summary: Robert Half is seeking an Interim Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to support a significant treasury-led transformation initiative for a major broadcaster. The role involves reconfiguring payment file processes and enhancing finance operations across Oracle Fusion ERP and connected systems. The position is hybrid, requiring two days on-site per week in Manchester, with an initial contract length of 12 months. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and a strong understanding of UK payments infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead reconfiguration of payment files across Oracle Fusion, AccessPay, and Barclays.net
- Support the transformation of end-to-end finance processes (AP, AR, ERP, and TMS) with treasury oversight
- Design and implement automated bank reconciliation processes across multiple bank accounts and legal entities
- Advise on regulatory compliance across UK payment systems (BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, Faster Payments)
- Collaborate with the Treasurer and Continuous Improvement Manager to align solution design with operational objectives
Key Skills:
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, particularly AP/AR and treasury-related processes
- Strong understanding of UK payments infrastructure, gateways, and straight-through processing
- Experience designing or improving payment file workflows and system configurations
- Confident working across finance, systems, and transformation teams to drive change
- Any industry background welcome, provided treasury and ERP integration experience is solid

This role will play a critical part in reconfiguring payment file processes and enhancing end-to-end finance operations across Oracle Fusion ERP and connected systems.
Contract Assignment Details:
- Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 12 months initially
- Rate: £700/day (IR35 status to be confirmed)
