Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of an Oracle Fusion programme (ERP / Finance focus)
  • Oversee multiple workstreams including data migration, integrations, testing and cutover
  • Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
  • Drive programme governance, RAID management and executive reporting
  • Ensure delivery milestones are met across a fast-paced transformation environment
  • Work closely with system integrators and internal delivery teams
  • Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, driving resolution

Robert Half are supporting a global S&P 500 consulting firm to bring in an interim contractor as an Associate to support delivery across a major higher education client undergoing a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation. They are looking to bring in an ORACLE Fusion Programme Manager to lead delivery across a complex ERP landscape, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. The engagement sits within a broader transformation programme focused on modernising core finance and enterprise systems. The programme is already in-flight, with key foundations established, and now requires an experienced Programme Manager to drive delivery, governance and execution through to key milestones.

Assignment Details

Rate: £700 –£800 per day via LTD (Outside IR35)

Contract: Initial 5 month engagement

Location: City of London – 1–2 days per week onsite

Start: Immediate/ASAP
