Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of an Oracle Fusion programme (ERP / Finance focus)
- Oversee multiple workstreams including data migration, integrations, testing and cutover
- Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
- Drive programme governance, RAID management and executive reporting
- Ensure delivery milestones are met across a fast-paced transformation environment
- Work closely with system integrators and internal delivery teams
- Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, driving resolution
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion programmes
- Strong ERP transformation background within complex organisations
- Experience within higher education or public sector environments is highly desirable
- Ability to manage large, multi-workstream programmes
- Strong stakeholder management at senior / executive level
- Hands-on delivery approach with the ability to drive outcomes

Robert Half are supporting a global S&P 500 consulting firm to bring in an interim contractor as an Associate to support delivery across a major higher education client undergoing a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation. They are looking to bring in an ORACLE Fusion Programme Manager to lead delivery across a complex ERP landscape, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. The engagement sits within a broader transformation programme focused on modernising core finance and enterprise systems. The programme is already in-flight, with key foundations established, and now requires an experienced Programme Manager to drive delivery, governance and execution through to key milestones.
Assignment Details
Rate: £700 –£800 per day via LTD (Outside IR35)
Contract: Initial 5 month engagement
Location: City of London – 1–2 days per week onsite
Start: Immediate/ASAP
