Summary: The Oracle Fusion Product Specialist/Manager will play a crucial role in the Finance Transformation Programme, focusing on the implementation of the Oracle Fusion finance system. This contract position involves collaboration with technology and finance stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and transitions smoothly into Business as Usual operations. The role requires a strong product mindset and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion to drive progress and optimize system adoption post go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a product lead for the Oracle Fusion finance system implementation
• Drive progress across workstreams to ensure readiness for go-live
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and prioritise enhancements
• Provide strategic input into how the system is adopted and optimised post go-live
• Support the transition of the system into BAU, working closely with the internal product team
