Summary: The role of Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets & Projects Technical Consultant involves leading the configuration and deployment of Oracle Fusion modules, specifically focusing on Fixed Assets and Projects. The consultant is expected to develop functional specifications, manage implementation tasks, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires a proactive problem-solver who can thrive in dynamic environments and work independently. This is a 6-month contract based in North London, outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and deployment of Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets and Projects modules
- Develop functional specifications and manage full lifecycle implementation tasks
- Engage in build, test, defect resolution, and go-live support activities
- Report into the Oracle IT Project Manager or Senior Systems Manager, with close engagement from the programme lead
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion – must have Fixed Assets and Projects module functional experience
- Hands-on experience building functional specifications, configuring solutions, and leading testing cycles
- Strong functional understanding of capital project accounting and fixed asset processes
- Experience delivering in relatively immature environments, able to act as a sole individual to drive activity
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, changeable conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills – must be able to own and resolve issues proactively

Role: Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets & Projects Technical Consultant Contract: 6-Month Contract initially Rate: £450pd - £530pd Outside IR35 Hybrid: 1–2 days per week in north London The Hiring Manager describes this role as: “Someone who lives and breathes the Oracle Fixed Assets and Projects modules. A true specialist who can come in, build out the functional spec, configure the solution, test it, and own it end-to-end.
