Summary: The Oracle Fusion ERP & ORMB Delivery Lead will spearhead a high-profile transformation programme, leveraging extensive experience in ERP and ORMB implementations. This role demands strong leadership and the ability to transition teams from Waterfall to Agile methodologies within a complex matrix environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between delivery and business objectives. Immediate availability is preferred for this 6-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP and ORMB capabilities across the organisation.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment between delivery and business objectives.
- Oversee cross-functional delivery teams, providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership throughout the programme life cycle.
- Guide teams through a transition from traditional Waterfall methodologies to Agile practices.
- Identify and resolve delivery issues, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all organisational levels and third-party vendors.
Key Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in ERP and ORMB implementation, with a significant track record in delivering Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex programmes within large Matrix organisations.
- Experience in transitioning delivery approaches from Waterfall to Agile.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at the senior leadership level.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to delivery risk identification and mitigation.
- Clear and confident communication style, capable of operating across both technical and business domains.
