Summary: The Oracle Fusion ERP Architect will lead the architectural design and governance of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across Finance, HCM, and Procurement. This role involves developing ERP architecture roadmaps in collaboration with business Product Owners and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital strategy. The architect will provide assurance on ERP projects, promote best practices, and maintain awareness of industry trends to inform strategy and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and governance of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across Finance, HCM, and Procurement.
- Develop and maintain ERP architecture roadmaps aligned to enterprise architecture and digital strategy.
- Ensure consistency, reusability, and performance across ERP modules, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant ERP designs.
- Provide architectural assurance on ERP projects and major enhancements.
- Support colleagues in the architecture function to ensure secure and robust integration patterns.
- Promote best practices for ERP configuration, data governance, role-based access, and audit readiness.
- Liaise with vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams to ensure delivery quality and architectural coherence.
- Maintain awareness of Oracle ERP roadmap, emerging capabilities, and industry trends.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in Oracle ERP architecture, ideally within large-scale or regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of ERP data models, business processes, workflows, and security architectures.
- Proven track record in ERP implementations, upgrades, and solution governance.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Financials, Procurement, and HCM.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
