Summary: The Oracle Fusion Developer (Payroll and HCM) role involves joining a central government organization to support and develop critical changes within the Payroll system. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll applications.
  • Write and optimize complex Fast Formulas and manage system elements.
  • Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL), and OIC for seamless system integrations.
  • Build data models and extract insights using OTBI/BI reporting and SQL/PLSQL.
  • Investigate, problem-solve, and resolve complex payroll system issues in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Key Skills:

  • Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance is mandatory for this role.
  • Oracle Expertise: Proven technical experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications, specifically focusing on Payroll and Fast Formula.

The Opportunity: We are looking for two experienced Oracle Technical Specialists to join a major central government organization on a critical, long-term contract. Working within a modern DevOps environment, you will play a key role in supporting and developing high-priority changes within the core Payroll spacespecifically driving forward major pay award implementations and system integrations.
