Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Conduct data quality assessments and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that migrated data aligns with strategic goals and reconciles accurately post-migration.
- Provide support to the master vendor, focusing on data strategy and integrity rather than hands-on transformation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration.
- Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules in Oracle Fusion.
- Strong understanding of data security principles, especially when handling sensitive data.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Public sector experience and familiarity with multiple data sources like spreadsheets and small databases (desirable).
