Summary: The role of Oracle Fusion Senior Data Migration Manager involves leading end-to-end data migration for a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme, specifically focusing on Finance and other Oracle Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong finance functional knowledge and a proven track record in delivering complex data migration programmes. This position requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Active SC clearance is also a requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data migration across Finance and wider Oracle Cloud modules.
- Deliver complex Oracle Fusion data migration programmes within large organisations.
- Engage with stakeholders and provide leadership throughout the migration process.
- Utilize strong finance functional knowledge to guide data migration efforts.
- Work independently in a complex transformation environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong finance functional background with an accounting qualification.
- Minimum of two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management implementations.
- Extensive experience leading Oracle Fusion data migration, including OIC in a lead role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and hands-on experience with FBDI, HDL, and BICC.
- Proven delivery across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM in complex Legacy environments.
- Solid knowledge of data management methodologies and Oracle master data management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a complex transformation environment.
