Summary: The Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of an Oracle Fusion Financials implementation within a regulated financial services environment. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with Finance and IT leadership to ensure successful project execution. The position is predominantly remote with occasional travel across Europe, particularly for London-based candidates. The contract is outside IR35 and spans 16 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Fusion implementation from initiation through go-live
  • Own delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
  • Partner with Finance and IT leadership to deliver future-ready SaaS finance processes
  • Manage systems integrators, vendors, and senior stakeholders
  • Oversee UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live readiness
  • Manage project governance, risks, and compliance

Key Skills:

  • 15+ years’ experience with Oracle Financials, including 5+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Proven delivery of Oracle EBS (R12) to Fusion Cloud transformations
  • Strong background in financial services / fintech environments
  • Confident operating at executive level

Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager

Contract: Outside IR35 | 16 months

Rate: Negotiable daily rate

Location: UK-based, remote / hybrid

Predominantly remote

Occasional travel across Europe

London-based candidates: up to 1–2 days in the office (Fenchurch Street)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an Oracle Fusion Financials implementation as part of a major Finance Transformation programme within a regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Fusion implementation from initiation through go-live
  • Own delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
  • Partner with Finance and IT leadership to deliver future-ready SaaS finance processes
  • Manage systems integrators, vendors, and senior stakeholders
