Summary: The role of Senior Project Manager at Temenos involves leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials within a major Finance Transformation program. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, from initiation through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure delivery to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Partner with Finance and IT leadership to translate business requirements into implementable Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Support transformation of core finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Fixed Assets, and Financial Controls.
  • Ensure seamless process handover and proper integration of data interfaces with other systems and business processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Finance, IT, Technology, Systems Integrators, and third-party vendors.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, financial controls, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
  • Work closely with change management and training teams to ensure user readiness and support business adoption.

Key Skills:

THE ROLE - Contract Role - London (Hybrid) (12-18 months engagement)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials as part of a major Finance Transformation program. The role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion implementation, ensuring alignment between finance, technology, and business stakeholders within a regulated financial services software environment. This role requires strong delivery discipline, deep experience with ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred), and the ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

RESPONSIBILITES
Program & Project Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, from initiation through go-live and post-implementation stabilization
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource plans
Ensure delivery to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
Finance Transformation Leadership
Partner with Finance and IT leadership to translate business requirements into implementable Oracle Fusion solutions
Support transformation of core finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Fixed Assets, and Financial Controls
Challenge as is process to implement future ready SaaS Finance processes. Ensure process standardization and adoption of Oracle best practices
The Project Manager must ensure seamless process handover and the proper integration of data interfaces with other systems and business processes.
Ensure automated data reporting capabilities in strong alignment with IT’s Microsoft data fabric platform
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary point of contact between Finance, IT; Technology, Systems Integrators, and third-party vendors and any other internal stakeholder.
Manage systems integrator(s) and ensure contractual deliverables are met
Facilitate steering committees, executive updates, and decision forums
Risk, Governance & Compliance
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure compliance with internal governance, financial controls, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services
Maintain RAID logs, change control, and project documentation
Change Management & Adoption
Work closely with change management and training teams to ensure user readiness (end-user and IT support)
Support business adoption, data migration, testing, and cutover activities
Oversee UAT, defect management, and go-live readiness.

SKILLS
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with minimum 5 years’ experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Experience in delivering Finance Transformation programs within financial services or fintech/software environments.
Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end Oracle EBS (R12) to Fusion Cloud migration.
