Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Architect (ideally with financials knoweldge and awareness)
- Oracle Fusion HCM Architect (who has some degree of Financials awareness and understanding) required by one of our clients.
- The candidate must have expert Solution Architecture experience within HCM.
- Reporting and security knowledge and awareness will also play a part in the day to day activity of the role.
- Available to work 2-3 days onsite at Client HQ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill set.

This senior role leads the design and evolution of the client's Oracle HCM (and Financials) system, reporting, and security. Acting as a strategic advisor and technical authority, the architect ensures the platform is scalable, integrated, and aligned with business goals.
Working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, the role supports solution design, continuous improvement, and future-proofing of HCM and Financials capabilities.
