Summary: Cedar is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Lead to join a global logistics company, focusing on the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The role demands extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules and strong business process understanding, along with collaboration skills to deliver effective ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations within complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, etc.).
  • Business Process Optimisation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • System Integration: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications.
  • Data Migration & Validation: Support data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and validation from legacy systems.
  • Testing & UAT: Develop test scenarios, conduct system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
  • Training & Change Management: Provide training to business users, develop documentation, and support change management initiatives.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Act as the primary functional expert for troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement post-implementation.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure Oracle Fusion solutions comply with SOX, GDPR, IFRS, and industry-specific regulations.

Key Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with hands-on expertise in one or more modules (Finance, Procurement, HCM, SCM, etc.).
  • Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and best practices in ERP systems.
  • Project Leadership: Experience leading functional teams in Oracle Fusion implementations or upgrades.
  • Integration & Data Migration: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integration tools (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs) and data migration strategies.
  • Testing & Validation: Experience in defining and executing test cases, UAT, and system validation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work with senior business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Compliance & Security: Understanding of ERP compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, IFRS).
  • Experience leading an implementation within the logistics sector would be advantageous.
