Oracle Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful implementation of the Oracle Fusion HCM Project, focusing on reporting and data migration.
• Work closely with system integrators, business SMEs, and IT teams to gather requirements and perform gap analyses.
• Support data preparation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
• Produce and translate technical documentation related to the project.

Key Skills:

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
• Proven experience in delivering full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and migrations from eBusiness Suite and other systems.
• Skilled in creating and testing functional specs for Fusion HCM Reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experienced in stakeholder engagement with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with multi-platform environments and key Information Security frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST.
