Summary: The Oracle Functional Consultant will lead the Project Billing workstream, focusing on OTL and Project Costing within a hybrid working environment. This role is essential for ensuring effective integration of time, cost, and billing data, and involves collaboration with both business and technical teams. The consultant will guide and validate processes rather than engage in hands-on configuration. The position requires significant experience with Oracle ERP systems and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional strategy for Project Billing, ensuring alignment with OTL and Project Costing.
- Review and improve current setup; identify gaps across time entry, costing, and billing.
- Ensure correct data flow from OTL to Costing to Billing, supporting future billing readiness.
- Work with technical teams to validate integration points and data accuracy.
- Guide business users on how project, time, and cost data should behave and support billing outcomes.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years’ experience with Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS).
- Proven track record in Project Billing; OTL and Project Costing experience highly desirable.
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle modules and data flows.
- Able to operate as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
