Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Develop detailed system architectures and roadmaps, incorporating industry standards and best practices.
- Work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and IT to understand business requirements.
- Oversee the customization of ERP software to meet specific business needs.
- Recommend and implement best practices for ERP configuration, governance, data migration, and testing.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members.

Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Workstreams (finance, HR, supply chain, etc.) and their integration.

- Experience/Knowledge of Oracle Revenue Management, Subscription Management, and Product Information Management.
- Strong experience in system integration, database management, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in ERP implementation methodologies and project management.

Description:
- Oracle ERP Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- System Architecture: Develop detailed system architectures and roadmaps, incorporating industry standards and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and IT to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Customization & Integration: Oversee the customization of ERP software to meet specific business needs and ensure smooth integration with other enterprise applications (CRM, BI tools, etc.).
- ERP Best Practices: Recommend and implement best practices for ERP configuration, governance, data migration, and testing.
