Summary: The role involves a consultant position focused on upgrading and migrating Oracle PeopleSoft applications to Oracle Fusion SaaS. The consultant will collaborate with implementation vendors to ensure business capabilities are functioning correctly in the new environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the upgrade and migration of on-prem ERP Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and EPM applications to SaaS Oracle Fusion.
- Collaborate with the implementation vendor to ensure business capabilities are functioning as designed.
- Support the upgrade of on-prem ERP PS Financials and FSCM applications.
- Work with associated tools such as PeopleTools.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of fifteen years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft developer.
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, migrations, and data cleanup.
- Ten years developing data archive strategies and implementations for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
- Ten years providing technical expertise in data consolidation and migration to cloud-based platforms.
- Ten years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud products and SaaS.
- Ten years of experience supporting Oracle databases and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities
The consultant for this engagement will participate in the upgrade and migration of our on-prem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Oracle PeopleSoft (PS) Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) application to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Oracle Fusion (OF). The consultant will also participate in the upgrade of our on-prem ERP PS Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) application and associates tools such as PeopleTools, etc. This includes collaborating with the implementation vendor and resources to ensure CalPERS business capabilities and functions are working as designed in the SaaS Oracle Fusion product and the PS Financials' on-prem application
Skills Needed
- Must have a minimum of fifteen years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft developer and providing legacy support.
- Must have demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, migrations, and data cleanup.
