Summary: The Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager at Version 1 will lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and managing resources effectively. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to navigate challenges in transformative projects. The position is contract-based and classified as outside IR35, targeting experienced professionals who can motivate teams and manage project scope and budget. The role is hybrid with occasional travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects, confirming scope, goals, and securing resources.
• Act as the key interface to clients, navigating challenges and risks in transformative projects.
• Lead the Version 1 team, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes to high standards.
• Create achievable project plans using Version 1’s MAXIMISE project methodology.
• Control and report project progress to stakeholders, escalating risks and issues as necessary.
• Monitor project budget and take ownership of P&L targets.
• Assist in pre-sales and business development opportunities.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Key Skills:

• Experience in leading Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite projects.
• In-depth knowledge of programme/project management methods including MSP and PRINCE2.
• Expertise in scope management and governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage project dependencies.
