Summary: The Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager at Version 1 will lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and managing project scope, resources, and risks. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and maintain project timelines and budgets. The position is contract-based and classified as outside IR35, with a focus on driving digital transformation for clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects, confirming scope, goals, and securing resources.
• Act as the key interface to clients, navigating challenges and risks in transformative projects.
• Lead the Version 1 team, ensuring adherence to project plans and delivery standards.
• Create achievable project plans using Version 1’s MAXIMISE project methodology.
• Control and report project progress to stakeholders, escalating risks and issues as necessary.
• Recognize and mitigate risks and issues in collaboration with client counterparts.
• Manage dependencies and responsibilities of external parties, developing reporting plans.
• Motivate internal and client teams to meet deadlines and overcome obstacles.
• Monitor and report on project budgets, taking ownership of P&L targets.
• Assist in pre-sales and business development opportunities.

Key Skills:

• Experience in leading Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite projects.
• In-depth knowledge of programme/project management methods including MSP and PRINCE2.
• Expertise in scope management and governance practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage project budgets effectively.
