Summary: The Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager at Version 1 is responsible for managing the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and effective resource management. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide both internal teams and clients through transformative projects while maintaining project scope and budget. The position is contract-based and classified as outside IR35, targeting experienced professionals who can start immediately or on short notice. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects, confirming scope, goals, and securing resources.
- Act as the key interface to clients, navigating challenges and risks in transformative projects.
- Lead the Version 1 team, ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes to high standards.
- Create achievable project plans using Version 1’s MAXIMISE project methodology.
- Control and report project progress to stakeholders, escalating risks and issues as necessary.
- Recognize, assess, and monitor risks and issues, collaborating with clients to mitigate them.
- Manage dependencies and responsibilities of external parties, developing reporting plans.
- Motivate internal and client teams to meet deadlines and overcome obstacles.
- Monitor and report on project budget, owning P&L targets.
- Assist in pre-sales and business development opportunities.
Key Skills:
- Experience in leading Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite projects.
- In-depth knowledge of programme/project management methods including MSP and PRINCE2.
- Expertise in fixed price/budget management and customer experience governance.
- Strong scope management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
