Summary: The Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Engineer will support the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, focusing on Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting. This role requires collaboration with Finance SMEs and systems integrators to translate business objectives into technical specifications while ensuring data accuracy and integration. The engineer will also provide training, troubleshoot issues, and enhance EPM processes leveraging Oracle functionalities. SC clearance is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Finance SMEs to understand business objectives and EPM requirements.
• Review and advise on the feasibility of technical designs, highlighting gaps or areas for improvement.
• Act as the technical expert on the design and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Share technical expertise during workshops and training sessions with stakeholders.
• Support data integration efforts between Oracle EPM Cloud and other systems.
• Assist in the migration of existing EPM solutions to the Oracle EPM Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance EPM processes and performance.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as an Oracle EPM consultant (2+ years or one full implementation).
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
• Exposure to EPM Data Integration and Data Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
