Oracle EPM Automation Tester

Summary: The Oracle EPM Automation Tester role involves leading test automation efforts for Oracle EPM modules during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT). The position requires designing and maintaining automated test scripts while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance testing efficiency. The role is contract-based, requiring on-site presence for two consecutive days each week in Leicester. An ASAP start is expected, with a streamlined interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver test automation efforts for Oracle EPM modules during UAT and SIT (PBCS, FCCA, PCM etc)
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using appropriate tools (eg Selenium, Leapwork, Oracle Test Frameworks, etc.)
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and UAT stakeholders to define test automation scope and priorities
• Support manual testers by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve test coverage
• Create test data, reusable components, and automation libraries as needed
• Participate in defect triage, analysis, and root cause investigations
• Contribute to test strategy and planning for the upcoming SIT phase starting in December
• Ensure automation artefacts are well documented and version-controlled

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in automated testing within Oracle EPM environments
• Strong understanding of Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Close (PBCS, FCCA, PCM etc)
• Expertise in building automation frameworks and test suites using tools such as Selenium, Leapwork, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), or similar
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively within a fast-paced UAT setting
• Excellent communication skills and experience influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Leicester - Compulsory 2 days per week on-site (Consecutive days)

ASAP Start - 1 stage interview process!

Phase 1.1 UAT, next sets of SIT will be for Phase 1.2 and Phase 2.0 in December
