Summary: The role of Oracle EBS HR/Payroll Techno Functional Consultant involves working with a Russell Group University to enhance and resolve issues within their HR and Payroll systems using Oracle EBS. The consultant will engage with stakeholders to identify problems and propose new processes. This position is a contract role with hybrid working arrangements, requiring one day a week on-site in London. The consultant must possess extensive technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS, particularly in HR and Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to review current issues within Payroll.
• Engage with stakeholders to ascertain issues and present new processes for Oracle EBS HR Function.

Key Skills:

• Extensive Technical Oracle E-Business Suite experience (PL SQL).
• Functional expertise primarily in HR & Payroll modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules, preferably HR, PAY, SSHR, AM, and OLM.
• Experience in completing at least one full project life cycle engagement in Oracle HCM (On Prem).
• Understanding of HRMS Schema and RTI Processes.
• Oracle EBS functional certifications would be an advantage.
