Summary: The role of Oracle EBS R12 HR Techno-Functional Consultant involves providing support and enhancements within a complex Oracle E-Business Suite environment. The consultant will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and hands-on technical capability in Oracle EBS. It is an Inside IR35 contract role with a focus on both functional and technical aspects of Oracle HRMS modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support across Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR, OTL, and Payroll
- Gather and analyse business requirements from HR and IT stakeholders
- Design and deliver functional and technical solutions, including configurations, extensions, interfaces, and reports
- Support BAU activities, incident resolution, system enhancements, and ongoing optimisation initiatives
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL, Fast Formula, APIs, interfaces, workflows, and customisations within the EBS environment
- Work closely with offshore/onshore teams, third-party suppliers, and internal support functions
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
- Produce functional and technical documentation in line with project standards
Key Skills:
- Strong experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 HRMS environments
- Proven techno-functional expertise across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and OTL
- Strong Oracle technical development skills including PL/SQL, APIs, Forms, Workflow, and XML Publisher
- Experience troubleshooting integrations and custom Oracle EBS developments
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Previous experience working within complex enterprise environments

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 HR Techno-Functional Consultant to support ongoing enhancements, support, and optimisation across a complex Oracle E-Business Suite environment. The successful consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to analyse requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver functional and technical solutions across the Oracle HRMS landscape. This is an Inside IR35 contract role requiring strong stakeholder engagement skills alongside hands-on Oracle EBS technical capability.
