Summary: The role of Oracle EBS HCM Technical Consultant involves developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM modules.
- Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain Custom Forms and Oracle Reports using Oracle Developer Suite.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
- Work on data conversions, interfaces, and integrations with external systems.
- Provide technical support for HR modules, troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, etc.
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Experience in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports development.
- Strong knowledge of Fast Formula development and customization.
- Experience with EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, and Concurrent Programs.
- Understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code and processes.
