Summary: The role of Oracle EBS Functional Support focuses on providing functional support for Oracle financial application systems within the banking and financial services sector. This position is a 6-month contract based in East London, requiring a hybrid working arrangement. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the bank's Oracle systems to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing, improving, monitoring, and maintaining the bank's Oracle financial application systems.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity of Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and E-business Tax modules.
  • Providing functional support to end users.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience using Oracle E-business Suite for full life cycle management.
  • Demonstrable experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Oracle EBTax.

Detailed Description From Employer:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Support with strong Banking and Financial Services. for an initial 6-month contract based in East London.

Rate of pay: £415 per day inside IR35 via an umbrella company

Hybrid: East London 3 days a week; 2 days a week remote working

This Oracle EBS Functional Support will be responsible for:

Responsible for Implementing, improving, monitoring, and maintaining the bank's Oracle financial application systems (ie Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, including E-business Tax modules) to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity as well as provide functional support to end users

The experience required is:

Extensive and demonstrable experience using Oracle E-business Suite for full life cycle management in the following areas:

  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Fixed Assets
  • Oracle EBTax
